My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for our trip, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The staff was really nice and went out of their way to be helpful, like when we needed another hairdryer. They also assisted us with issues surrounding potentially late checkout and holding our bags at the desk.

I was born in Chattanooga in 1942 and I must say I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff and the nice size rooms with two queen beds. The rooms were very clean and well stocked, making it a great stay overall. However, the breakfast offered was a bit of a letdown due to the limited options. The hotel's location was convenient, close to all of the Hamilton Place shopping and dining, but getting back towards I-75 was a bit tricky. The hotel had nice facilities, especially the pool area, but the breakfast included was not up to par.
